Anyone else getting major server lag over the past couple of days? What's up with that?

The Lich Realm (Chaos Datacenter) where i am does not have any sort of that in the last couple of weeks.

Check to see if your ISP is throttling connection to the XIV servers, this has been a growing issue for some people.

yeah i started experienceing severe lag on mateus yesterday evening and it's ongoing. but, the server i started playing on originally is still fine, which is leviathan. i wish i knew wtf was going on...

No, they wont tell you a thing. The best way i found out, was using WTFast because they have a comparison chart between your normal internet and the connection you make through WTFast's servers to the XIV servers. Check there to see if its any different. Pingzapper is also worth a try in case it does turn out that you're being throttled.

I live in the states and my internet is Blazing fast, but i cant seem to play FFXIV without a VPN service thanks to Time Warner Cable.
