Camera
In desperation i turn to you for help fellow Eorzeans.

Is there any way to turn off the annoying camera tracking while moving your character in Legacy mode ?

I love the freedom of control that legacy mode gives me ( 360 character rotation ).
But i just hate when camera is trying to auto adjust to my character while moving.

If you push R(autorun) it should cancel the whole camera adjusting it self.

Not really.. Camera is still trying to adjust.
And maybe i should add that im trying to play on gamepad.
On mouse i can just hold Left Mouse Button and as long as i hold it i can move camera without this tracking effect.

There is camera tracking option in the settings. Disable it. There is also option for first person camera follow disable

Sadly devs always make it automatic even in pvp mmos where it should be 100 % disabled always (FFXIV is not)

If you mean "Standard type camera Auto-Adjustment" then it's grayed out when turning Legacy mode.
It looks like devs just abandoned legacy camera in it's current state and didn't care to give us any options to customize it a little more to our preferences. At lest that's what i get from my little research on this subject..

still a problem and its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ infuriating because full-axis movement is literally superior in every way but this stupid camera makes it impossible to click targets while moving.

mouse and keyboard ftw. Sounds like a personal problem at the end of it vs "devs abandoned" lol

Sadly I have no rewards to give you for your efforts.

But yea i agree that "devs abandoned" is kind of the wrong way to look at it.
It's called "Legacy" for a reason after all :)
