Unassign A Keybind?

So typically in MMOs I like to unassign keybinds for things i either dont use, or dont use often that way I can assign keybinds to more important things such as skills. Is there a way to unassign keybinds in this game, or can you only overwrite them with different keys?

Hmm, blunt or edged. Edged would be faster, but blunt might not kill me. But then again if I... (continues 20 minutes of inner monologue) Alright I have decided to go with the blunt, but only by a group of Miqo'te dressed up as the characters from K-on. This is the only true form of embarrassment.
