Players are tanking? Good
Let this be a good lesson for Yoshi-P and crew that they are not immune to failure these days. Stop hiring ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful activist who call a large portion of the player base racists because they don't like a song. This is coming from a player who played from late SB patches, cleared the entire Eden and Pandemonium raids, and cleared TEA and DSR. I want this game to fail hard enough until they feel the need to course correct

Fact check time:

The person you're trying to discredit is Kathryn Cwynar, now let's see.

She's the English localzation lead of SE, the position previously held by Koji Fox. Disregarding how you feel about her appearance, holding that position at least tells you the qualifications that she has.
Thread: Ask English Localization Lead Kate Cwynar Lore & Localization Questions[forum.square-enix.com]

She's also credited for SHB healer role quest, Namazu quests, and short story "Ere Our Curtain Falls", and of course the "In the Balance" song that people love so much.

She's been around in SE team since at least SB or even earlier.

Now get your misogyny and bigot ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out of here.

despite her very small achievements, she hired an unqualified trans to voice a lead character despite all other dubs actual women voice. the trans was so bad they had him rerecord lines in 7.1 so they knew he was a failure lmao.

So whats the excuse for a good chunk of the other VA's sounding bored out of their mind, little to no emotion and just phoning in their lines, mm?

Couldn't possibly be poor vocal direction overall and department heads that ultimately green lit the lines and said "yeah, these are good". The fact the lines weren't just "re-recorded" but re-written entirely says a lot.

Before you talk out of your you know where about this again, you might wish to look into how SE casts voice actors for FFXIV. I expect you will find it enlightening.

Brave of you to read past the first sentence. The first 6 words already gave me a migraine.

Sir or Ma'am, what are you even on about?
A song? Where is your evidence to these findings?
Nothing I have seen on the net or anything in FFXIV/Duty Commenced has literally anything to support your words. So please, enlighten us with your words and references so you can logically support your claim.

So, lets start at the Beginning.
Why do you feel this way?
What, if anything, has triggered your concern into these ideas and if they can be changed?
Additionally, why do you think that they are good changes and can you offer better ideas that would be the benefit to all?

I want to help, I truly do.
But I cannot do it alone.

Well, some of we are actual licensed professionals.
We do what we can, but even that can only go so far...

Yo have to admit though, that was one bold hail mary (even for a private account) but it does little to veil their jealously or hatred of the person and their accomplishments. :cuphead:

Do I need to define "DEI Hires" and "Snake in the grass"?

Are you aware of a man named Russell T Davis? Doctor Who fans would be, and they were excited to hear that he would be coming back to write for the show.

Didn't work out to well, in fact it's gone terribly. We know that SquareEnix has gone down the road of DEI, Self Censorship and ethics departments over the years. I wouldn't be surprised that people at SquareEnix have changed for the worse, like this "Individual"

I wouldn't be surprised if she's just now starting to really cause some damage. Besides, none of what you posted really disproves anything I've said. However, I can simply point to SquareEnix and what they are now making to illustrate how badly they are failing.

"She's the English localisation lead of SE"

not surprised...Also her appearance is practically a massive red-flag nowadays that you're likely a political dogmatic nut-job. I'm actually going through some of here old statements and what she said, and all I'm seeing are red-flags. Like going on and on and on about "Respecting other cultures" when someone asks you a lore question.

Also being credited in anyway for Dawntrail just proves my point.

Lmao, so let me get this straight. She replaces Koji and after Endwalker (Which is to far into the narrative to derail) we get Dawntrail...but I'm the crazy one here?

And just so I can nip the argument in the bud, yes. I'm aware other "Geniuses" were also responsible for putting together Dawntrail. Birds of a feather flock together, eh?

Judging a book by it's cover, eh? Public education has really let our youth down. It's a shame not everyone looks like carbon copies of each other. /s :lunar2019piginablanket:
