**queues synced ARR extreme on multiple sprout alts to trap mentors, most who quit and take the 30 minute queue penalty**
Well, you are far from a newbie, so you do not count.
Additionally, there is no penalty to quit an unsynced fight.
Didn't know that? Surprise!
Oh, so you are one of THOSE people. How about to you do a HUGE favour for everyone and just shut up.
I understand wanting to experience a fight the way it was intended, but I get tired of listening to new players whine because no one is doing the content in Duty Finder and when they finally decide to use Party Finder few people want to do old content synced.
There are ways to go about doing the content synced, but you have to find like-minded individuals in an FC or maybe a Discord server, but spare the rest of us players your torment. We don't want to do it and the majority of us aren't going to help you do it the hard way.
Which in Europe is after 3-6 PM depending on your region.
You will find people for literally any piece of older normal content during reset time.
If you want to find people instantly to do ♥♥♥♥ early morning or mid day on a work day tough ♥♥♥♥. Most people who play this game have jobs or other responsibilities.
MMOs are not a genre popular among kids. Literally every person i ever played this whit in a static on discord VC had a job or family.
I also have a job but sense i work a a teacher i do tend to have more free time as i am able to do my 2-3 hours of administration and lesson planning at home in less than 1 hour and i get all the school free days and as extra free days.
Actually, i'm the one trying to help newbies complete content faster, you know the ones whom actually HELP others. But no, i'm not going to help someone if they are forcing me to do a synced fight, making it 5x as long and painful, when we can do it unsynced and finish it quick. They still get to see all the cutscenes and they can revisit the full mechanics when they get stronger and have already progressed through the story where they want to. That is the type of person I am.
Than do on your own, or with a FC. Though with your toxic replies, I highly doubt that you are part of a FC with most of them having a no toxic rule
I do hate getting EXs in the mentor roulette but I would try to do them and help the sprouts to go through the fight but I will always point them out to the Party Finder after and tell them that EX/Savage content is mostly being done through the PF instead of DF due to queue times but also EX+ does require more coordination and planning
At this point I wonder if they made any attempt at actually playing the game

"earned the right to do it easy" LMAO
Why is that funny?
I did the hard content, and finished it completely.
I earned the right to do it again on 'easy mode'.
You seem to enjoy taunting.
It is not an admirable trait, you know.
I am not a 'Mentor' because I have heard way too many stories about them.
I simply join fights that new characters make, and suggest to them that they should run it 'Unsynced' so we can get them the finish, and them the progress/story cutscene.
You select few, as per usual, are just trying to make me look bad.
I do what I can to help, but it is INEFFICIENT to waste time doing a fight that on synced takes 5-10x longer than on unsynced. Go ahead, cry more.
Oh and as for my play time since 1.0?
11,209 hours. Thx.
Hours don't mean how experienced you are with a video game as people learn at different speeds and achieve different goals.
my friend needed 10 years to get out of Silver in League of Legends, I did it within 4 months for example and then got the next tier (Plat) within another 3 months of playing
I'm at 3670 hours when it comes to play time right now yet I finished all of the story, finished all of the optional normal content available, I did also finish Eureka and Bozja, Extremes and getting my experience with current Savage and Ultimate raids
Just because you have 11k hours doesn't mean you know how to play the game. Plenty of people play this game for 10 years yet have 0 clue about the very basics of their respective jobs.
Hours don't mean anything, actual skill level matters far more
About Party Finder, When you go to the PF. the game clearly lists if the said listing is synced or not. if you decided to join in to a synced fight expecting it to be unsynced then it's your fault for not looking at what the party aims at
If you genuinely want to help for people with unsynced runs. Look at the Novice Network when someone asks for help with let's say shiva or titan ex unsynced then offer your help to that person cause you with dawntrail gear will simply one shot those.
You don't even explain what Unsynced is, or *why* that would help them clear it faster.
---
Doing an Unsynced PF means you're asking another player (or several) to do the (whatever) without having their level synced to the content. So if lvl 100 folks join, they stay at level 100 even if the content is level 50.
The fights will (generally) take a couple of seconds, unless there are timed mechanics (and then it will be the time of those mechanics, plus a few seconds). You will get credit for the completion, but you will not see the mechanics or the dialogue or any of the actual content.
If you just want an easy clear, yeah, asking a stranger to run you through content is...a way to do it...but if you're trying to actually see anything (at all) in the fight, Unsynced will completely defeat the purpose.
Folks are SUPPOSED to look at the PFs they are responding to, and the unsynced/synced bit is pretty clear, so if anyone is joining your synced PF and then complaining about it they have a them problem, not a you problem.

Oh, Sunny, you wound me so totes hard.
I thought reading the in-game information was basic.
You know, about Unsynced as opposed to Synced fights, it's in the Codex.
You do remember this is an extensive Codex in the game, as a reference point to remind our valued players of various level of information available to them, yes?
Trust me, it's there, just like you yourself learned, and I did as well.
I do not think I need to engage in remedial learning and disrespect people whom already learned said thing, by reiterating it to them as if they were a child.
I could care less about a clear for CLEARED CONTENT.
I care about helping people progress. Most people want to progress as fast as possible, there are the few obstinate ones that want to 'Experience the Full Mechanics of the Fight'... so I tell them, "Good Luck" because there aren't many of us whom are willing to slog through older content that takes 5-10x longer to complete for the sake of doing it because, why would you? It is inefficient, and said content can be revisited any time when they are stronger. One wants to catch up to the current story without buying a Story Skip? Unsynced is the way to go. If one does not want to go that path? We cater to that too. There are plenty of people, it seems, willing to 'battle it out' for you, so let them join your PF, but know your time is valuable yes? Mine is. I don't waste it on inefficient, unnecessary endeavors. Perhaps you are rich Sunny, so you can spare the time, most of we cannot.
