Frustrating customer support
I cant get into my account and it sais my birthday is wrong when i know i never put in a fake one. The time it takes to get a reply is shameful and its been what feels like years sence i was able to play. 2020 to be exact

so you feel entitled to get an instant reply from the support? while probably thousends of other peoples need help too?
try live support. works often better then the e-mail way. i really hope you didnt entered a fake birthday, SE really dosnt likes that stuff. cause entering wrong account details is against their Terms of Use.

So you put in a false birthday, don't provide any other means that you are the owner of the account and THAN expect help from support?

This only happens if you put in a false birthday. It's there for security reasons to validate who you say you are.

who cares if people know my birthday? nowdays you have to fill out papers so often with ur birthday and even more private information, that if someone wants it, they get it faster via other means than a video game anyways lol.

Most of your information is public knowledge anyway. Just need to know where to look. You're records ARE public for the most part.

everyone is under the assumption that i put in the wrong birthday to begin with, and thats not the case. i have to do down such a huyge rabbit hole to try and gain access to my "suspended account" due to suspicous log in activity. this rabbit hole goes so deep and its one hurdle after another just to give this company money

maybe but inbetween waiting for vague replies that only point me to frequently asked questions apparently my email is tied to an empty account when the game first came out i tried to play it and im not sure how or why but its as if im wrestling between two accounts and i dont know which one has my good characters and which one is void. so ontop of jumping all these hoops and waiting forever for replies im shooting in the dark when it comes to which account il finnally get set up with

Than just show PROOF that you are the owner of it.
If you can not do that than the possibility is VERY HIGH that you are the one who is trying to get the account of someone else

if you can talk to support ask if u can give them payment info as proof

and if they say yes ask them what they need

you literarly demand a fast reply. they even say on their site that a reply could need up to 72hours if you do it via e-mail. go into live support with them. furthermore will i let it not happen that you tell me what i should do with my head. you should stop feeling entitled to get fast support replies.

its been 2 years of the same problem, where are you coming up with the idea im demanding fast reply? il take any reply that actually helps me at this point, and last year too. plz smash that dumb fkn head under a big rock son

And with such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ attitude and harassment that you show here you definetly deserve to be locked out for years. No wonder that the support doesn't help you with such behaviour.

And as it looks like you didn't show them any proof that you are the owner of the account so your story is even more unbelievable now.
