try live support. works often better then the e-mail way. i really hope you didnt entered a fake birthday, SE really dosnt likes that stuff. cause entering wrong account details is against their Terms of Use.

they made even a notice in the past about this.
who cares if people know my birthday? nowdays you have to fill out papers so often with ur birthday and even more private information, that if someone wants it, they get it faster via other means than a video game anyways lol.
Most of your information is public knowledge anyway. Just need to know where to look. You're records ARE public for the most part.

If you can not do that than the possibility is VERY HIGH that you are the one who is trying to get the account of someone else
and if they say yes ask them what they need
you literarly demand a fast reply. they even say on their site that a reply could need up to 72hours if you do it via e-mail. go into live support with them. furthermore will i let it not happen that you tell me what i should do with my head. you should stop feeling entitled to get fast support replies.
And with such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ attitude and harassment that you show here you definetly deserve to be locked out for years. No wonder that the support doesn't help you with such behaviour.
