Redeem code again to play ?

Why is it so fckng hard to play this game every time i want ?
This launcher and payment system is so weird and bug

After not playing for 2 years and a full reboot of my pc the game redeem the code again and when i write my last code it's says "it"s use"

Because you don't use the key again to reinstall it / play it. It's tied to your account. Just re-download it from Steam. If you need to add game time you can do it via the Mog Station. Once that is done you just login as you normally would.
