System Error 403

I keep getting this HTTPS System Error when I open the launcher, if anyone's got any tips to help me out that's be great. (Even though Dawntrail is pretty trash I'd like to at least keep my gear up to date.)

HTTP 403 is an HTTP status code meaning access to the requested resource is forbidden. The server understood the request, but will not fulfill it, if it was correct. Could be the node serving as auth\content server is having issues, in which case you just need to wait, or your IP address got on a naughty list.

No one knows why their launcher is bad. They have undocumented errors and no knowledge database to troubleshoot them. Multi billion yen/usd corporation btw.

Could be that? I haven't done anything to put my IP address on the "naughty list" either, guess I could wait and see what happens since my sub runs out in July.
