I want to unlock the new charatcher hrothgar and Viera

I did buy FFXIV to play and I notice there character not open until I buy shadowbringers, so I try to find dlc or add shadowbringers I did search everywhere and found reddit say buying complete edition but I find dawntrail to upgrade it and find out there 2 CD key I did't do anything so I did buy it and enter the game and I find out is didn't unlock the new character I was confuse so I did try again and nothing happen I went to website to find more but I didn't find anything
what I suppose to do now?

If you already bought Dawntrail on top of base, add both CD keys to your account on mogstation. Dawntrail includes Shadowbringers and Endwalker (Base includes up to Stormblood).

When you bought the game, you did get a key which you can see through Steam.
You gotta log in into the Mog Station and under "Registeration Codes". there should be an option called "Expansion Registration Code"
Click on it and there input your CD key

Did you buy the starter or the one with dawntrail as well since you will need dawntrail like most mmos the latest expansion gives every expansion be for it as well

I did already about yesterday but is tell me the code didn't work.... so did wait until today I saw messages and I did try again and is work.... I was confuse why didn't work code yesterday and now is work today?
