Blocked by FFXIV Twitter for reasonable and respectful criticism

Today I realized I was blocked from commenting on a post by FFXIV_EN or JP at some point in the last month, and soon realized that also extended to FFXIV_JP... and FR and DE.

A reminder to all of you. You aren't wanted by a company unless you are complacent and non-critical towards their product, if you don't act they way they want/you might hurt how they are viewed even a little, they will silence you without a care. I didn't swear, use rude language, or be non-nonsensical. My 2 comments this year have been simple expressions of disappointment with the news they were posting and it must've been to much for them and scared it would hurt their reputation lol. (Very basic expressions of disappointment for more cash shop stuff/lack of events with meaningful rewards and not feeling respected as a player without any foul language of offensive attitude at all, complete and sincere criticism that was only asking for betterment)

i like the game but i'd like it more if the development time were more focused towards in game rewards and not mogstation slop

It's the same thing on Steam, Square Enix just doesn't monitor the forums.

If you want to see how average developer treats customers on steam look at the artwork i created and pinned to my page regarding Stellaris Ban.

You as a consumer don't have any rights and steam will not intervene.

Only place you can post stuff unfiltered is reddit, And even then you flip a coin to see if the admin is gunna be a whiteknight.

You can safely post stuff here aslong as it isn't in breach of tos & isn't fighting other users but don't expect SE to ever pay attention to you, They pretend Steam forum doesn't exist.

Sad if if its true that it was inoffensive criticism. You probably have better chances in place like here or their official forums not to get banned at least, I think it'd be worse if it was that way everywhere.

Sadly we will never know if it's true because none of these types of posts ever come with any evidence or information.

I can just as easily post that I was also banned for such things, or post that I was not banned for such things, but both would be lies because I don't use social media.

usually when they arent even willing to share exactly what they said its because they are lying about it. of course they could just make that up too but its at least a bit more believable

Now I re-read my latest comment in Japanese... Perhaps the use of "trash game" was too much.

Judging by your post history of calling people clowns and other insults I'm guessing you wrote something bordering on harassment, maybe even death threats to their employees or people contracted by SE. Although I'm guessing you didn't go that far but then again you aren't sharing what you wrote either so we'll never solve this mystery.

...? I'm sorry but did you read anything yourself at all? The clown emojis don't have anything to do with what was posted on twitter, they're in my steam post history completely unrelated to the topic at hand a about what was posted, and the mention of trash game was a literal self admission and reflection and realization of something that might've been a word they didn't like.
