Moogle Events are a terrible idea

The biggest problem I have with these stupid moogle tomestone events is making rare and valuable content lose it's value.
The ancient one minion a rare drop used to make you a fair amount of cash but now that is part of the event it will become useless.
This goes with basically anything that is tradeable.
These events completly devalue certain items and now that everyone has it why even bother using it?
Its not rare anymore its not cool anyone everyone has it.

I want to see these stupid events gone. Stop ruining the games economy morons.

Any of these recent events fall under it tbh, The last interesting event was the Rathalos which ended up being permanent. I wasn't a fan of the NIER one it's just gooner cosmetics.

People support the nonsense however so will never improve, They make hand over fist in sub money, Expansion money, mogstation money, extra retainer money, fantasia & all the gil seller accounts.

You can't tell me they can't afford to make events with new content, permanent content, unique content, crossovers, ETC.

I'd really like a Devil May Cry crossover personally, They can absolutely do it look at Rathalos. A Raid vs SDT Vergil or SDT Dante would skyrocket the playercount. Reward can be any of Dantes devil arms, He has one that fits for every single class.

Emote for his dual guns, Lawn chair emote (Vergil) (Meme) Devil trigger aura (Demon dances behind you or mimics movements) Devil may cry 1 Alastor emote

The Netflix series is coming up, Perfect time to start the wheels on the collab. Give Capcom access to Y'shtola , Minfilia, Estinien & Allow them to make a boss fight using the 4th Lightwarden aswell as the PLD WoR from the Endwalker trailer.

Capcom will absolutely put them into Wilds, Not even a question. You get Devil May Cry in return.

Spoken like someone who prolly uses cheats,mods etc to clear content and then tries to flex their "credentials" and demands ppl need to min max dungeons while not actually being able to navigate game mechanics. Well you pretty much ousted yourself with that second post.
If nothing has effort value in a game then most things have no value. This is exactly why relics used to hold value even if they are easy to get. Ew relic has no value. It is a tome weapon. Same deal with the grand company loot boxes. They devalue every content you had to do to get those items. You can say this even for current game ult clears vs on content and definitely for ppl who use cheats to clear content or to play the game.

Which is why they should do a special "Returner" event, Open up EVERY seasonal till 7.2

Nothing has value anymore, They're blatantly putting some of these rewards on Mogstation now, Look at the anniversary firebird which is prime example.

Or the pizza emote.

I finished the two "Events" in circulation within 24h now i'm just stacking maps.

When they only give you like 8-12 weeks of content a year the community has to make their own for the rest of it.

The mogtome events can be cool but, they really make the pursuit of rare mounts/minions much harder. I tend to run EXs so I can get crafting materials. But. the events make it really hard for me to make money off the bardings/weapons I craft.

I'm not sure but I think there is some sort of unofficial website where all players skills are listed at various duties like raids and trials, whether you signed up for this or not.

I'm assuming grey means someone who doesn't do these things enough to earn a better color? I'm not 100% but it seems people think they are better than other players if they are a higher tier I guess.
