Controller being recognised?

Anyone else since 7.1, able to get controllers being recognised by the game on PC? I've tried PS4, XB1, Scuff Envision Pro, Steam sees them all but not within FFXIV.

I use a genuine PS4 controller. It works fine for me. However most ofmy controller have problems in FF14. I have no idea why, because they work perfectly fine for ALL my other games.

Yeah tried DS4, no dice, Steam and other games see it, just not FFXIV like before.

My 8bit xbox controller is working fine in game (I just checked). I vaguely remember it being an absolute PITA to get working once upon a time, but problems haven't been reintroduced.

Hopefully you can get it working and then have no more problems, too. Is this a new controller you're pairing for the first time, or did one that was paired previously stop working?

And not to be that gal, but have you considered contacting customer support? They might be able to help you. I have found that they are particularly helpful in relation to hardware issues (especially those introduced by patches!), believe it or not. No promises, but they're way better at this type of issue than I am. And customer support is in-house for the game, so you're not just reaching out to random idiot #54.

Pretty much all controllers that worked with the game before the big update were fine. Was considering contacting but unsure on how helpful they'd be but couldn't hurt, cheers matey!
