Consistent 90002 Errors

So I am reaching out to the community to try and find an answer to this issue.

My GF and me play this game literally next to each other. Same connection (wired) both with decent PCs.

However while I can play with no issues at all, she is constantly suffering from 90002 drop outs. The game will run perfectly right up to the point it just drops her and locks her out till the character "logs out" which is usually about 5 minutes.

This seems to happen any where from every half an hour to an hour and a half. It can happen if she is in a dungeon, farming in the open world, in a personal instance, or even if she is just standing there doing nothing. Useing a VPN dosn't seem to change a thing as we have tried with and with out.

I would like to mention I have attemped to uninstall and reinstall the game, I have formated the whole PC and even bright a new video card.

Also, this is the only game she seems to have issues on. every other MMO or regular game she plays she has 0 issues.

Can any one help us?
