I'm confused, please help!

So I'm trying to do my level 50 story quests, but I reached this quest that has "dungeon requirements" and I don't seem to have them in my duty finder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't know how to unlock this quest.

Simple, do your grand company quests. Go to Gridania i think to the serpents and they should have some primal quests you need to unlock and do.

You have unlocked Bowl of Embers hard. To unlock the next one, The Navel Hard, you need to first finish off Bowl of Embers hard. To accept these quests you go to the Walking Sands where Urianger is. From Horizen in Western Thanalan go to Vespers Bay and enter the home and talk to Urianger for the quests.

Once you finish off Bowl of Embers hard quest, talk to Urianger again and he will give you The Navel hard quest, finish that, talk to him again, and you get The Howling Eye hard quest.

You might wanna Consider Pairing it with your Relic Questline since it requires you to fight all of your required primals anyway
