Is This One Of Those Hotbar Overload Games?

By that I mean do you absolutely require more than one hotbar on ANY class at the absolute highest levels or lower worth of commands to get anywhere? I was considering trying this out, but if its overly micro focused (like if a raid gets wiped just because I don't have more than one set of arms) I'll save my cash.

So do I need to be Korean level of micro or more arms than Shiva to keep in step?

It might be possible, but it will heavily depend on what class you play. I can see BLM, PLD and *maybe* WHM and MNK (depending on how easy you could reach your oGCDs) but for something like SMN or SCH there is just no way if you want to play optimally. Here is my SCH, and I use every single button. The only ones that are unnecessary are the fluff ♥♥♥♥♥ that aren't keybound on the top bar and my QOL class switching ones. The larger ones are just there for easier visuals on CD's

Using macros you can put rotation in like 4-5 buttons. As for myself, i have 5 bars(2 of them are pots, mounts, pets e.tc)

OP asked if this were possible at the absolute highest levels of play (at least thats how i interpreted it) so this is simply untrue. Macroing abolities together is a SIGNIFICANT dps loss and just bad practice in general

In fact, macros aren't recommended for DPS.
There are videos on YT showing that you take more time between skills, or you lose auto attacks, something like that.
