3 hours waiting to start Odin's dungeon

The title says it all... getting deeply disappointed by this aspect of the game, a game this old should have this stuff figured out, by letting me hire NPC for the dungeon or some other way... yesterday I've waited two hours for people to join on the Mog King quest and be able to advance the MSQ, Odin isn't MSQ but I'm OCD and I want to clear all the secondary content before moving forward, and the game is just not letting me do that...

So the state of things is that I've PAID MONEY to be left waiting in a queue...

...is this what money gets you these days from an AAA company?

And so I know fans won't like this, but I need to take this off my chest:
A big ♥♥♥♥ You to Square-Enix for taking people's money and then not delivering on what would be reasonable expectations.

I'm so close to want to withdraw my subcription I swear, except I know they're too greedy of a company to allow it

Odin dungeon… you mean the trial? It’s considered an extreme trial, you gotta use PF for it. I used to be able to queue for it back in HW.

That’s not a dungeon, that’s a trial.

Edit: also friend, i don’t know if you’re a real Japanese or a weeb. You’re in Phoenix world and you only have JP selected as your preferred language. It’ll take you ages or even forever to find any matches for anything.

I'll add add English since I can speak it fluently, but I doubt that will change anything honestly

I thought it was more like "a suggestion" and it would widen the search range to other languages after few minutes, but in this case I'll actually enable all 4 languages and see if there is a noticeable difference.

That would kinda defeat the point of having a language setting (which is playing with people that can speak the same language)


Also for what it's worth Odin isn't really happening often because there aren't many people around that actually play it.
If I'm not mistaken it's not even listed in trial roulette, which nukes the chance of it showing up even further.

Is not looking good at all, in fact I can't even tell the difference from the previous settings, so my point in the first message still stands.

This is really giving me headache, how can someone as big as Square-Enix fail to deliver on basic things like this? Too hard for them to program some bots to accompany me on the Trial?!

Use party finder. It will be alot quicker than waiting around. then run it unsynced. You will be waiting forever using the duty finder as it doesn't show up in roulettes

It removes the level cap so no level requirements to run it. Setup a party using the party finder and you will quickly have the help you need.
