Locked out of account since update...
Anyone else have this issue? Says my account had suspicious activity. I am not getting the emails to fix this and they are not in my junk folder. WTF? Do they have a number I can call? It says my email isn't linked to any account when I try to open a ticket.

Yeah...the last patch seems to have broken the game on Steam for several people.
You can try to contact them at https://support.eu.square-enix.com/, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I've been sending emails back and forth all week and so far SquareEnix have very unhelpful. =l

My account got hacked since I enrolled on those raffle thingies through a whisper and gave my username and password... my char was used for gil bots called 1-858-790-7529 (This is NA though I don't know for other Datacenters like Europe or Asia)

Have you tried manually changing your password or does it lock you out of your account on the square enix page too?

I CAN NO LONGER ACCESS MY ACCOUNT WHEN GAME LOADS wants me to create a account. at first it asked for my account info which i did and log in failed now it wants me to create a account... Fix this squareenix i have well over 1,000 hrs in the game that i cant play now....

I too was confused by the update, I came back from a trip and steam wouldn't let me log in.

I kept getting the prompt to sync my Steam to SE account which I was hesitant to submit because, as far as I knew they were already linked, and I didn't want to have any further account issues.

I decided to roll the dice though and after following the prompts to re-link my Steam and SE accounts I was able to log in normally again after restarting my computer.

I have read on some other threads that if you have unique characters in your steam name that it could be causing an Issue on SE end. Perhaps this could be your solution?

Additionally, If you have a smart phone, I HIGHLY recommend using the Steam guard mobile authenticator along side the SE Software token authenticator. (Make sure you save the unique code they give you when you add them to your account(s)).

I do not have have access to Mogstation. Here's what I get when I try to login:

I should mention I do not have any emails from them. Not in my spam folder either,

When I try to open a ticket, it also says that my email address isn't associated with any account.
