You can try to contact them at https://support.eu.square-enix.com/, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I've been sending emails back and forth all week and so far SquareEnix have very unhelpful. =l
I tried resetting password, but it says that my email isn't associated with any account...
I may have had my account stolen. :(
I'll try the number as I am in NA.
I kept getting the prompt to sync my Steam to SE account which I was hesitant to submit because, as far as I knew they were already linked, and I didn't want to have any further account issues.
I decided to roll the dice though and after following the prompts to re-link my Steam and SE accounts I was able to log in normally again after restarting my computer.
I have read on some other threads that if you have unique characters in your steam name that it could be causing an Issue on SE end. Perhaps this could be your solution?
Additionally, If you have a smart phone, I HIGHLY recommend using the Steam guard mobile authenticator along side the SE Software token authenticator. (Make sure you save the unique code they give you when you add them to your account(s)).

I do not have have access to Mogstation. Here's what I get when I try to login:

I should mention I do not have any emails from them. Not in my spam folder either,
When I try to open a ticket, it also says that my email address isn't associated with any account.
