Does anyone even attend this raid?
You can't create a squad for it, it's not in the Party Finder. When you try to enter, you wait about ten minutes and start alone.

I really like the 80-90 content, but this part of it is like it was cut out of the full game. And without going through a line of quests, it's impossible to do the relic completely.

I did Bozja when it released on my original character, but I've since switched to an alt and it was so dead that trying to do it again wasn't even close to being worth the hassle.

Don't worry, I'll stay away, just like everyone else did. Enjoy Bozja I guess, because the way it bombed you'll likely never see anything like it again. ;)

Who malded about Bozjan? It was fun and offered great, optional content. If you don't like it, don't do it. I'll never understand what people have against having more content.

Personally, am just not a fan of Bozja. Even for leveling from 70 to 80, I would rather just spam the dailies and ShB dungeons. I did manage to clear the first raid by opening a PF and also messaging in the area chat. But the grind part to progress is really meh.

I feel like another issue with Bozja is that the whole reason you go to it is for relic farming, yet the first materials you need to start your relic have a better drop rate outside of bozja (memories) then inside.
I liked the idea of Bozja, But the execution was iffy.

Bozja was made the way it is, because people compained about Eureka, and how its Relics could only be completed inside it.

Yeah, I'm another one of those people where if I gotta put serious effort in even getting a team together to run said content, it's not only an easy pass, it's the easiest pass in the world. I'm looking to do X, nobody else is, forget X is a thing and move along - simple as.
