submit support ticket??
Alright.. so it feel like a pointless loop
Can't access my account
cause i need OTP
last time i played 2014
manage to recover my ID/password via email
need OTP??
webpage suggest to turn off the OTP by using emergency password
to get the emergency password i need OTP??! lolwut?
sent an ticket and no reply.. how long does it take to get any assistance?

Had a buddy who had his phone die and didnt save his one time password emergency removal code took them less than 24 hours to respond and verify him and get it sorted. You are just going to have to wait for them if you dont have it anymore.

when sent on a weekday it can take 24-48 hours to get a reply. this is a simple issue that they can take care of easily. I had to contact them before for a similar issue because my old phone died before I could get the emergency password for the app and I had to contact them to be able to redownload the OTP app. Just sit tight! They will get with you they're just under a heavier load than usual.

thanks will do.. (28hours so far and i keep refreshing my mail)
my phone died and managed to repair it but it got formatted middle of 2016

Good luck, I've had no luck getting a response after weeks and weeks, 2nd attempt after trying a few years back as well. Got fed up and made a new SE account.

still the problem didn't get resolved...
but i did get the email notification that says "your ticket was received properly"
I'm going to give them 1 week tops
