Best EU server to play on?

on Moogle but been told it's for french players? so what server shall i play on? hahaha

am i amble to play with people from other servers such as Odin?
i just want a server with english people so i can read the chat as i quest hahaha

Going lich will put you in the light data center. I think from there you can play with Odin, Phoenix, Shiva, Twintania, and Zodiark servers

Lol, you have a choice? When i tried to make a character i had to literally spam different servers because all of them were full.

Omega is a good server as well since you're on Chaos. It's predominantly English-speaking, very chill, but it is also seen as Chaos' unofficial RP server.
