I don't want to waste your time and just link one video that could be old and outdated but I'm sure if you do what I did, you can find a proper video. x

/hotbar display # on
/hotbar copy (class) # share #
display # on/off: display the share hotbar #
copy (class) #: will copy the entire hotbar of that class to the share #
(class): needs to be abbreviation and without brackets ie ARC, THM, LNC ect
The way to do this trick is to use a class hotbar and set up all you need from them, you'll possibly use more than one class to make a pretty looking one. Remember to check your character setting to set up shared hotbar, you will need at least 2 to make this work.
I took sometime to research this a few years back to make one for myself but I totally forgot the basics of it, so I only remember this much.
