I think it would be better either to try them all first-hand or find fellow players with CP and ask them about it.
This is bad advice IMO. Playing a tank well is quite demanding and requires you to be pretty quick and move a lot for AOEs and mechanics.
Dancer is a solid option. Simple and effective damage rotation. This will require you to move for telegraphed attacks though which you specifically said that you struggled with.
Black mage would be another good option because the job is literally designed around moving as little as possible. A great black mage knows the perfect spot to stand during a boss fight so that they can cast, cast, cast with as little movement as possible.
Dancer is a good choice I think. You could start leveling something like Archer first to unlock it. Really any kind of ranged DPS could be a good option since the tank should keep them from getting targeted during dungeons. The nice thing about the game is you can just keep trying out all the jobs and whichever one is easiest to use you can switch to for any dungeons.
