Explain this one to me.

I just got the complete edition. Made my character(how it looks+class) but I can't create my character on ANY of the EU servers, both datacenters. WTF is this? If the servers are at capacity make more of them so people who buy the game can create a character so they can play. I wonder if my sub is running as I can't even create a character ANYWHERE!

Going to try early in the morning but this some serious crap man.. At all times at least 1 server should be open for each part of the world (EU/US/ETC).

No, nobody expected Asmongold to come and actually enjoy FFXIV. Of course before Asmongold, there are other popular streamers coming to FFXIV. But they didn't bring large followings, so server isn't packed like today.

Before Asmongold, I usually have no queue time to log in. But recently I got long arse queue time in the weekend.

Also we are having Summer Break, that needs to be taken account also. People spend their holidays trying this game out.

What you get influx of players (due to Asmongold influence) + summer break . SE cannot predict this would happen. They however will increase the capacity in the future.

and this not because of asmongold, the gold saucer event started yesteday at 8pm. you will have these large queues now until the 11 august or ... atleast close to that date. i had before the event started only 20~40 in queue and those was within 20 seconds solved. but since the event is active ... was i with 1034 peoples in queue and i got even once kicked out with a "lobby encountered a problem 4004" and then needed to wait another 15 minutes with 784 peoples in queue xP.

Knowing how stressful japanese work environment in big companies, its no wonder they give his eyebrows more time than his hair. A lot of japanese man, 30+ years old, have receding hair . Hell, in Asia, Japan ranks highest for baldness, with a 26.78 percent rate of thinning hair.

I don't leave in NA or Japan, I am from Europe. Its nice that they tell you that you can't refund when you but it, to bad they don't also tell you the missing servers....

Listen, when you get into any live service, especially an MMO, you have to accept the reality of technical difficulties. Once in a blue moon, the game won't be playable because of some technical problem. All you can do is phone it in so they can fix it. If this isn't acceptable, you should stay away from games that are always online.
