How do you unlock the red glowy weapons from POTD?

I assume the Kinna weapons are the red glows right? How do I unlock them?

I was mainly interested in the glamour side of it, so do I need +30 or +60?

you need to hit 30 and then turn it into a token and just repeat untill you have enough

30 each for the Padjal weapons first, then 60 for the Kinna.

You need +30/+30 for the Padjali weapon. You then need +60/+60 and you have to trade in the Padjali weapon for the red weapon, the Kinna weapon.

This was actually changed back in Stormblood. Instead of turning in 30/30 and 60/60 all at once, you turn in Aetherpool Grips that cost 10/10 each. Same cost in the end, but you can exchange a little at a time so as to retain a decent aetherpool value for spamming floors 51~60.
