Legacy Camera

I prefer legacy camera settings but whenever i press "a" or "d" the camera slightly turns resulting in the character moving in a circle by just walking left or right. is this intended or can i fix the camera somehow?

its intended that way. but if all you want to do is move the camera. then hold down your left mouse button then move it in the direction you want the camera to go.

I seem to remember there being a setting that caused the camera to stay facing any given direction no matter how you moved (meaning you had to move it manually) when using legacy controls, however it'sbeen a while since I played the pc version so I can't remember where said setting is or what it's labelled as.

Maybe it's set to a hot-key rather than being a option in the config menus?

I prefer legacy controls myself as well.

I usually have my other hand move the camera simotaneously.
