Can't find my screenshots

This seemingly doesn't exist on my Windows 7 PC o.O

All screenshots that you take with Steam goes to <local disk where is your Steam is installed>:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\42127133\760\remote folder there you need find the folder that have the FFXIV screenshots.

You can also use Screenshot Uploader that you can find from View tab on Steam and it just says Screenshots on it.

That's the Screenshot Folder for final fantasy 11, lol..

C:\Users\[your name]\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\screenshots
That's the folder for FF14 screenshots taken using the in-game screenshot tool.

Or as UNDEAD10000 said for screenshots taken using steam-in-game.
