LOL. I'll admit it has been years since I last played a FF game, but I don't recall names quite like the ones found in this one. Are the names based on actual FF lore? Or did the developers just decide rolling their faces across the keyboard when determining names would save both time and money.

Honestly, I'm surprised that I haven't run across Mmmrrrggglll by now. Not complaining, mind you. Just...curious.

I take it you're in Limsa Lominsa. Limsa Lominsa is dominantly a Roegadyn city-state in the lore, and Roegadyn naming convention is very... exotic.

Yeah. You'll only see those weird names among Sea Wolf Roegadyn, who make up the majority of Limsa Lominsa's NPC population but are very rare in other city states.
