How to unlock the viera race

I just purchased the full game (Endwalker included) but the viera race and another race at the bottom of the list is still grayed out. How do I unlock them?

You have to register the expansion on Mogstation.

Need to register the expansions as long as you have up to shadowbringer you'll have them (male Viera got added to shadow along with female since they originally came with that so emdwalker isn't needed for the races at least)

Wow guys. Shadow Bringers does not exist anymore. They can't buy the key to put in. This is a bug. Even after registering, then linking this is happening to new players.

@Pramheda if you have already entered your keys on mogstation, logout and back in on your account subscription page, then relaunch.

ShB definitely still exists... It's included when you buy Endwalker.
