Tail in Tow La Noscea

I cannot find the person to beckon to. I've looked everywhere and beckoned everyone I could. Do I need to do something to summon this person?

Tail in Tow is a leve quest. These are special types of quests that have timers and the timers only start when you initiate them after you accept them.

First move over to the green circle on the map where it says the quest starts. Then click on the quest in your quest tracker or press "J" and open up your quest track and click "Initiate" once you select the Tail in Tow in your quest list.

The leve quest will start, a timer will go down, and the quicker you do it the better rewards you get.

It's best to add the emote "Beckon" to your hotbar to easily use it in that type of leve quest.
