Also when the serpents spawn attack the one opposite to the debuff you get. when 3 vundus spawn the OT takes the one that spawns alone whilst the dps quickly kill the other small one first before finishing off the big one just as the dragonkillers fire and baord Bismarck. when on Bismarck in phase 3 jump off towards the end of your 2nd stack of debuffs and only jump back on when they have worn off. when you get lb 3 have melee lb the corona before finishing Bismarck completely the next time you jump on. (don't jump off at this point)

And got a bit lucky with a ilvl 180+ party on party finder.
Thunder weather was a disaster, and a big problem we had was the tank swap on 2nd phase.
The tactic 1 on third phase worked way better than tactic 2 with us.
The rest is more of the basic:
- Dragonkiller just before the AOE on it hits
- Hold your CDs until you burn the carapace
- Someone with macros for the weather may help
