Why cant use Au Ra race???

I purchased the DLC for Heavensword but can seem to use the Au Ra race...
why cant i.. what am i doing wrong

Did you activate Heavensward in Mog Station?

yeah you have to activate the product in mog station then download it when you next log in to FF14. then everything should be fine.

For some reason, my purchase from Steam of the Heavensward isn't showing up on Mog Station.

First; if you haven't already, make sure that you register your key. And if your key is registered, and you're still not seeing the option to make an Au Ra; exit out of the game completely and see if it doesn't start patching, after you restart it.

yeah i have tried the key in all the diffrent spots and i cant seem to get it to load
it seems as if i dont have the item...
however in steam it says that i own it already

for Noodle... dude its a little weird to find itsa light pink colour and i over looked it like a million times...

but in the mog station you need to click my account and then look for the light pink button its easy to over look then when you punk it in it is a case sinsitve... code...

You need to activate the key on Mogstation after you buy the expansion.
