on the website.. it must be open.. ingame its locked.. is it just a bug? bec my friends playing for 3 days on the server.. and i had no time before.. want join them now.. :/

Umm I'm not 100% sure, but it normally opens up once a day, sometimes two days. But remember that the expansion just hit so this might be wrong.

The website updates every 4 hours but ingame it updates by the minute.

4am est-6am est is when most us servers open up. So thats when you want to camp out the character creation screen since it updates by the minute.
