Does the Inferno Faussar DRK weapon drop on Ifrit hard?

Inferno Faussar is a crafted weapon, although there's a less fancy version called Ifrit's Fausse that does drop from Ifrit Hard.

Blacksmith. The recipe can be found at xivdb[xivdb.com].

I reckon it's pretty pricey since there's Demimateria involved. Looking at my server's marketboard history, it looks like it usually sells for around 2.5 million gil.

Kinda normal. You have to realise that farming the materials takes quite a bit of time (All hail RNGejus, may you receive the drop you want on the next run. Acat.) Plus to be able to craft the darn thing means 100s of hours of grinding to get the gear / level / other mats.

Does it have to be this particular weapon? It's for looks right? Otherwise even the Ironworks stuff is easier/cheaper to get.
