Can I delete my old account and register it again under the same E-Mail for FF14?
I know its not possible to migrate an existing free trial account to free trial on steam. But can I delete the old account and make a new one again with the steam version?
Thx!

An easier way is just to go create a new email account then go to mogstation and change to the new email. Then go to Steam free trial and register a new account on your current email.

An even easier way is just add the Windows version as a Non-Steam game in your library. You don't have to lose progress, win win.

Yes, you can use the same email address on multiple Square Enix Accounts, as they are Case Sensitive.
For example;
SE Account 1: emailname@email
SE Account 2: Emailname@email

The same email address, but two different accounts registered to it.

So if I read your question correctly, you can make a new Square Enix account and then use the same email address for it as I describe above.
If you already have a Steam version Free Trial of this game, then you should be able to change the old account out, unsure if the Trial requires a link, if it does, you can get it removed by support, then add the new SE account to your Steam version Trial.

Or you could skip Steam and just make a new SE account on the Official site and buy the game from SE directly.

Note that, the Windows PC version and the Steam version of the game are not compatible with each other, accounts or software, its one or the other and DLC is the same.
