Possible to make a character?

is it possible at all for a free trial to make a character these days? All i see is a post from 2021 saying it's disabled. WHY IS THIS TRIAL STILL ADVERTISED AS A WORKING PRODUCT~!?!?!?!?

2021 was...when endwalker released I believe? Character creation was disabled because of extreme congestion.
Info on congestion and character creation capability from 2021 isn't really relevant anymore though; characters can be created nowadays, but it is only possible in worlds that allow it.
