I bought Crysta but cannot use it???

I bought 2,000 Crysta to purchase a 1-Month subscription but the option to use Crysta as payment method do not show up. What to do?

You should be able to setup the Subscription and then once the type and days have been selected the Crysta option is next to the Credit Card button.
