Frequent FFXIV Updates on Steam Deck

Since a few days I get very frequent Updates on Steam Deck. Every time I reboot the system or even just closing the game, a update from around 300MB gets downloaded. Did anyone else have the same "issue"? It's not a problem for me, but still a bit strange.

Yes mine does the same, like 300MB download almost every day. The annoying part is when I turn the Deck on at home(7am) there's no download, but at work(10am) it almost always starts a 300MB download on the slow 4G from my phone.

Is it on steamos or windows? There's been a streak of hotfix updates and the raid release so I'd guess it would be expected to redownload shader cache

On windows the "game" size is 80mb as the files are handled by the launcher
