Should i start as a new player with the road to 90 buff

As the title says, I'm leveling up extremely fast. It took like 30-45 minutes to get my 0 lvl Blacksmith secondary job to level 24. I know the MSQ syncs your level down which is fine but I feel like in every other aspect im just zooming through, I don't know when the other data centers will be unrestricted so I don't know if I should keep playing at this pace or wait for the restrictions to be lifted.

I guess it depends on you. You can live without the buff obviously but with or without all those job levels under your belt there's still thousand(s) of hours of just unlocking all the content the game has to offer. Personally I'd hang onto it, leveling isn't especially exciting at the regular pace either.
