So, either the creator of this account used somebody else's date of birth or used a false date of birth, which using false information is against the Terms of Service.

so if you forget your sercuity question or your birthay that u registered with SE, you will NEVER get your account back. NEVER WITH NA SE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I know NA SE customer support is a really small department, but i m surprised by how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ they are

I mean on one hand I can understand your frustration but on the other hand that guy has a job to do and a strict set of rules to follow, it's not his fault that you don't know your login details, it's not his fault that you input the incorrect date of birth on 2 accounts!

All I see is a guy doing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job dealing with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ customers.

he is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around. i mean he put the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ focus on whether I entered a false DOB on purpose or not. I just chat with another support, he at least helped me go through the security questions on tickets in order to get back my ID
