Scripts for level 60 crafters

I have all my crafters level 60+, and I'm working my way through Stormblood. I have the first 3 crafting manuals, and I wan't the 4th one. How do I craft things to earn scripts?

You mean scrips?
The primary way to earn them is through collectible crafting for Rowena's, with the Collectible Appraiser in the ARR cities, mor dhona, Idyllshire and other later expansion areas.
The recipes for these items is found in the collectibles section in the second tab of the crafting menu.

Custom deliveries is sort of the same thing, but can be done with cheap materials you can just purchase from nearby vendors, and are on a weekly limit.
I forgot when/how these unlock but once you unlock them make sure to prioritize these since they reset every tuesday.

If you're in stormblood I think the only custom delivery you'd have access to is Zhloe, in Idyllshire. Look for the blue quest 'Arms wide open' and it'll unlock her.

You'll unlock more, at later levels, but she's the first you'll get access to and I think the only one under level 70.

There is also 1 other that can be started at lvl 60, which is M'naago.
