the new facial glasses

I have the following:
Thick-Rimmed Glasses: Contemporary Pince-nez: Rimless Glasses; Minstrel’s Spectacles; Oval Spectacles in my armory chest. When I right click on them, there isn't an "use" option.
So, does this mean that, even though these glasses are "facewear" from the Gold Saucer, because I made these, then I'm screwed?

Have you tried taking them out of the armory chest, then to a calamity salvager? They exchanged deprecated gear for other stuff.

yes. they started in my inventory, When the wouldn't trade them from their, I put them on and then put my headgear back on. They still won't trade them.

If they're in your armory chest then they're most likely the regular equipment, since the 'facewear' is a separate kind of item that as far as I'm aware shouldn't be eglible to be put in the armory chest.

You know it's a facewear unlock item if it has "The faces we wear" in the item name.

To go along with what FreshMint said, if you can equip them in your headgear slot, they are not the glasses that could be used as fashion accessories or in the new glasses slot. Those are just regular old "headgear" equipments that you can glam over helms.
