Any way to auto skip UNSEEN MSQ cutscenes?

Hi, we recently removed my nephew from public school and homeschooled him so he has a lot of time to game, I bought Hogwarts Legacy and FFXIV on sale. I told him not to waste his time and skip all the cutscenes, especially once he hits Dawntrail, is there a mod or option that auto-skips ALL MSQ cutscenes without having to press ESC? Thank you.

Non-legit way: use hacks to skip unskippable cutscenes. Not recommended.
Legit-way. Disconnect and reconnect. Just turn vpn on and off for a second. It will disconnect you and on reconnecting it will skip the cutscene.

Cutscenes are a major part of the game if you are going to skip then play something else like Granblue Fantasy Relink
