Tanks are a bit busted right now because the developers apparently failed to consider removed gap closer damage would mess with enmity generation as much as it did.
But yes, Pictomancer is definitely overtuned, but so too is Viper, but to a lesser degree.
Normally CS3's philosophy has always been to buff other classes rather than nerf one, but I think we're going to see both. Other classes are going to need some buffs to help bridge the gap in Pictomancer's damage, but Pictomancer is also going to see a slight nerf. I'd love to be wrong, but we'll see.
The real problem with picto is a bug where people are able to remove negative status effects which would normally force them into a different part of their rotation. Picto isn't overtuned per se, just broken because of programming issues
With that said, i don't hate them, they are fun, nice aesthetics and silly goofy enough for me to have something to smile around with but saying they arent overtuned or broken is just a lie lol
