Plenty of valid criticism towards Wuk Lamat has been stated numerous times across the boards. It's just much easier to respond to low hanging fruit (Anti-Woke Mob) than anyone who makes legitimate points isn't there? Like I see two people I saw in multiple threads here rushing to the defense of this character and the expansion yet anytime someone actually made well written and decent points for their subjective take; complete silence. Funny that. I mean if you have to focus on absolutely unhinged people who can't even define the words they are using to validate your own opinion, well.... I can't help you there.

The damage done though, Krile's story has been ruined, Erenville's story has been ruined, and Tural has collectively been tainted. They would literally have to ARR this expansion to fix the damage.

The only thing cringe af here is how the writers wanted to shove Wuk Lmao so much down your throat that they forced her to appear ala Gaia in the last trial for no reason and having her defeat the boss by pulling the worst deus ex machina I've seen in a long time out of their butt to justify it her being there.

The last trial is one of the best they'ever made, and the last 25% is one of the worst in the game, both from a gameplay and narrative perspective.

SHe's the main protagonist of Downtrail. It's not about Warrior of light and darkness. We are just accompanying her and are kept in the darkness. What's so surprising about main character being the focus of the story? :D How does one miss the quest objectives: "Speak to Wuk Lamat", "Speak to Wuk Lamat again"; "Speak to Wuk lamat once more". 99% of quest objective is "Something something Wuk Lamat"
