Dawntrail Key not under CD keys
I bought the normal edition i had the key earlier but its no longer there please help.
Edit 1: im currently able to play the new expansion via early access key only. I don't have the standard edition key under cd keys section.

Are you sure you don't already have access currently? Have you tried to login and start the DT MSQ? It should be showing up in your DLC tab if you have the expansion.

This happened to me just now. It says I have the CD keys in Steam but not in Mog Station, so I can't log in to my character. Sent a support ticket but who knows how long that will take to resolve.

You have to redeem your Steam CD on the Mog station.

The fix is to create a support ticket and have them send u the key .Create support ticket from FFxiv DLC dawntrail .
