What to even do at 100?

Farmed my Tomestone gear already, got the Job I want to play at 100, got my Gatherer and Weaver at 100 and did the Extremes. Is there nothing else to do for the next 4 months besides the upcoming raids lol.

If you aren't interested in (job) side-quests, personal collection goals: glam, mounts, minions, furniture, etc., then congratulations, you beat Dawntrail.

I mean thats exactly what they told us before ? most new stuff will come like always in the later patches, because if you put everything directly in it people would cry after 2 months that the expansion has no content.
Set yourself personal goals, level jobs, grind glams, mounts, do job quests etc. etc.
I have like enough content for DT for next 6 months with my personal goals, but if you only wanna do exactly what DT gives you in the end you can of course finish it fast.... most people are not even halfway done with the story so the content will release perfectly for most players.

Raid drops in 2 weeks, savage, new limited tomes, new crafting books, and new treasure dungeons come in 4 weeks. Have fun getting ready and farming extreme mounts?

Did you just binge the story or even worse skip all the cut-scenes?
This game is designed whit the idea that normal people will take 2 weeks to a month to do all the content. Not 3 days.
Also maybe level more than 1 job. The reason why leveling is so fast in this game is specifically because they want you to learn multiple jobs.

Thanks for the answers. Thats sad, wish the game had something like M+ in WoW or any other sort of challenge. Game really lacks PvE content. Gonna chill for 2 weeks then.

They just named it incorrectly

The actual raiding content tends to get delayed for the sole reason that the devs want people to enjoy the story (as this is still a story heavy game) if they want to rather than feel the need to rush/skip cutscenes just to be able to be part of world first races or just be around when it releases.

And then there's a window between the normal and savage raids to allow people to enjoy that story though arguably why then not just make the time between normal and savage a single week instead of two.

Is this your first time? this has always been the case.
xpac drops with 2 trials, 2 weeks later first set of savage drops, then later maps, then at x.1 alliance raids start etc etc.

To answer the question there is a lot to do, the question should be: are you interested in doing it or are you one of those wow tourists who think everything in a game must revolver around combat and grinding?

Well maybe you shouldn't have rushed so much and no life it like a fool? Maybe take your time, take in the story, the sights and sounds a little while playing. You do this to yourself.

I don't know what content there is toward's the end of the expansion but the game is flooded with content.

Golden Saucer - Chocobo Races, Triple Triad, Verminion, etc.

Deep Dungeons - Three different ones to choose from and conquer, with varying difficulty

Variant Dungeons - Three dungeons, all with 12 paths, with a criterium difficulty mode for four people that's a step above the rest

Literally any content you haven't done previously

Island Sanctu- nevermind, actually.

Fishing Expeditions

Hunts

Fate Farming

Playing the Market Board

Housing

PvP - Frontline has never been better, minus DRK spam and Ranked CC season should be starting soon

Probably some things I'm forgetting.

The game does not entirely revolve around 'get gear, farm boss, get gear, farm boss'.
