Till update game was working perfectly and now i'm stuck with this problem.
Tried litrally every one tutorial and advice and it's not working. Tech. support says nothing.
Does anyone else have this problem?

What are your PC specs? Have you tried to do "check file integrity" within the FF14 client?
If the DT benchmark worked for ya but the game/benchmark now doesn't. I would assume its related to your GPU driver being updated recently.

Here is your problem. Your iGPU is simply unsupported
while having basic DX11 support, it does miss support for a crapton of other features + not to mention that the drivers for that one haven't been updated in ages.

Since you use a desktop. Even a low end card like a GT 1030 GDDR5/RX550 and etc will be a massive improvement over this relic and properly support DX11 and even DX12.

Were you able to run the benchmark? This graphic update was announced a long time ago and they released a benchmark for you to test it in advance. Realistically you probably only to update your GPU.

YoshiP did announce that Dawntrail will include a major graphical update with it and even announced the requirements a long time in advance so people can make their upgrades.
a lot of online games have increased their system requirements over time to stay current with the realm of gaming.
Upgrade your GPU or save up for an entire new system or get a PS5.

Not much you can do about as your hardware is simply no longer fitting for the game.

Are you getting this when loading into the game or launching
