you can unlock the jobs already if you have bought DT for EA, they are in regular city states and start at lvl 80, you just gotta go there and unlock if you meet the requirements.
Many are at lvl 90 or above already as you can easily grind those 10 lvls in Zadnor in some 5-6 hrs.

idk what zadnor is, and i have DT, i got viper :p
very confusing job, dont understand it at all
