Releasing two dps jobs at the same time was a mistake.
Please, never again. Wtf are those que times.

Anyway if what randos are saying in roulettes is even somewhat accurate then things will balance out soon enough.

I miss the days when at least one new class (ninja) was released before an expansion.

Yep, was expecting this. I did MSQ roulette on my Viper and the wait was about an hour.

Seems like roulettes are a no-go if you're leveling DPS.

It has the ...maybe even intended.... sideeffect of revitalizing the fate farm again for a week, so peeps who didn't finish it in early EW can finish it up.
kek

*sighs in finding fates insanely boring and wanting to msq ahead of my mates*

Real talk. Do Trusts
Topper mcnabb Jun 28, 2024 @ 9:40am
Use trusts?
Drakzen Jun 28, 2024 @ 10:16am
Tbh even if a new healer and/or tank was released would the queues be that much quicker? Like maybe if the only 2 jobs added where tank and healer but as long as 1 of them is a dps like 70% of players would be going for it.

Stormblood when they released Red Mage and Samurai. We all knew it would happened. It's fine we have trust now.
Dareth Jun 28, 2024 @ 10:22am
But no trust for forced trials in MSQ and still you need to complete 3 duty roulette to obtain rewards from challenge log.
Raansu Jun 28, 2024 @ 10:45am
Use the trusts. I was running trusts and was keeping up with people running dungeons in a premade.
Delaborga Jun 28, 2024 @ 10:56am
Doing trusts actually require you to HAVE any npcs that is apropriate level.

I refuse to believe people are THAT dense.

I know... But I don't play an mmo to run around with a bunch of npcs (except SWTOR lol)

Duty support will have set NPC's at the level you need them for the dungeon.

Then make a PF and wait or sit in the hour long DF? Duty support is a handy alternative and is relatively fast if you have all the exp buffs.

The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I wouldn't worry about it much. Many people are already giving up on the new classes calling them too combo dependent etc. (I haven't tried them so can't testify to that)
Anyway if what randos are saying in roulettes is even somewhat accurate then things will balance out soon enough.

I haven't tried picto yet, but viper is definitely like this big time. Doesn't really feel "smooth".
