That "more intense glow" is half the instance for me. All that glowing blue stuff everywhere has the fuzzy glowing halo around it.

Those are my graphic settings right now.
This isn't a settings issue. It used to be attached to one of the glare options but now there's no way to turn it off. Just tried running the bugged syrcus tower and that was just as bad. All those glowing crystals everywhere have really overblown bloom.
That doesn't remove bloom, it just mutes the highlight range which makes everything look worse.
Seems they're trying to force people to spend a month of rent on a new graphics card just to be able to play a game that is already being paid to play via monthly subscriptions.
